Battle for Terra is a 2007 American animated science fiction film. It premiered at the 2007 Toronto International Film Festival and was widely released in 2009. The remnants of humanity arrive at the peaceful planet Terra, intent on conquering it, when a young Terrian girl befriends a human soldier and tries to stop the invasion.
