In the Fog is a 2012 historical war drama written and directed by Sergei Loznitsa, set in 1942 occupied Belarus, where a railway worker wrongly suspected of collaboration is taken into the woods by partisans and forced into an impossible moral choice. The film won the FIPRESCI Prize at the 65th Cannes Film Festival.
