Taxi to the Dark Side

Taxi to the Dark Side is a 2007 American documentary film directed by Alex Gibney that examines US detention and interrogation practices following 9/11. The film centers on the December 2002 death of Dilawar, an Afghan taxi driver who was beaten to death while held at Bagram Air Base. It won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature in 2008 and received critical acclaim for its investigation into torture policies and their consequences.
