Heaven & Earth is a 1993 American biographical war drama film written and directed by Oliver Stone, starring Tommy Lee Jones, Joan Chen, Haing S. Ngor, and Hiep Thi Le. It is the third film in Stone's Vietnam War trilogy following Platoon and Born on the Fourth of July, telling the true story of Vietnamese peasant Le Ly Hayslip.
