Sunshine is a 1999 historical drama directed by István Szabó, starring Ralph Fiennes. The film follows three generations of a Hungarian Jewish family, the Sonnenscheins, who change their name to Sors and live through tumultuous twentieth-century events including the fall of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the Holocaust, and Communism.
