Tangled is a 2010 animated musical adventure fantasy comedy produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios. The film was directed by Nathan Greno and Byron Howard, with a screenplay by Dan Fogelman, and is based on the Brothers Grimm fairy tale Rapunzel. The story follows Rapunzel, a young princess with magical long blonde hair who lives in a hidden tower.
